Spaghetti And Mushrooms And Pecorino Sauce
Recipe first for 4 people based on Mushrooms - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Roast and peel the peppers while you cook the mushrooms separately in the oil with crushed garlic, wine and chilli pepper. When cooked, add the peppers. Chop the mixture. Mix the sauce in the pan for a few minutes. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan. Stir by adding the pecorino little by little.
