Spaghetti In Mushroom And Pecorino Sauce

Recipe first for 4 people based on Mushrooms - cooking method pan.

Preparation:

Preparation: Roast the peppers, peel them and separately cook the mushrooms with oil, crushed garlic, wine and chilli pepper. At the end of cooking, add the peppers and chop the mixture. Place the sauce in the pan and let it mix for a few minutes. Salt, cook and drain the pasta and pour it into the pan. Stir in the grated pecorino romano gradually.
