Spicy steaks

Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef - cooking method grill.

Preparation:

Preparation: Emulsify oil, Worcester sauce, lemon juice, brandy and salt in a bowl. Arrange the steaks on a large plate, sprinkle them with this sauce and leave them to marinate for about 2 hours. Cook them on the hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, sprinkle them with the marinade and serve hot.
