Spring tile

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Dried ham.

Preparation:

Preparation: Mix the diced potato, carrot, peas, peppers and gherkins with the mayonnaise. Prepare the jelly and spread a mold, let it thicken. Lined with slices of ham. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs in the center of the mold and fill with the Russian salad. Pour the remaining jelly over everything, close the tile with the overhanging ham and put it in the fridge. Serve cut into slices.
