Stars With Two Caviars
Recipe appetizers for 10 people based on Caviar.
Preparation:
Preparation: Divide the potatoes into 1 cm thick slices, then cut out many stars with a cookie cutter; also cut the salmon into stars, which you will overlap with some fries. Mix the butter with the mascarpone and the lemon. Use this cream on the potatoes as a base for the caviar, to be placed both on the salmon and on the simple stars.

Ingredients: 4 Large Boiled Potatoes - 80 G Smoked Salmon - 25 G Black Caviar - 25 G Red Caviar - 50 G Mascarpone - 30 G Butter - 2 Drops Lemon
