Stuffed Chicken Supreme
Recipe second for 4 people based on Chicken.
Preparation:
Preparation: Mix 200 g of goat cheese and 350 g of minced smoked salmon. Spread this cream on 4 open chicken breasts, roll them up and dip these rolls in the flour, two beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Cook the chicken supremes in plenty of butter, over low heat, moving them often, for about 20 minutes. Serve them hot.
