Stuzzichino skewers
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Mortadella.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cut the mortadella and Emmenthal into small cubes and thread them onto the skewers, interspersing them with olives and onions. Begin and end with the mortadella. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
