Sweet omelette

Recipe appetizers for 2 people based on Egg.

Preparation:

Preparation: Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, the softened butter, a pinch of cinnamon, the salt, the cream and the grated lemon peel; beat and add the egg whites. Heat the butter, pour the mixture into it, shape it into an omelette and cook. Serve after having sprinkled with a little liqueur and sprinkled with a veil of sugar.
