Tagliatelle with Amaretti
Recipe first for 4 people based on Amaretti biscuits.
Preparation:
Preparation: Crumble the amaretti biscuits, add the mascarpone, stir gently and mix. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente, season them with the melted butter, add the cream obtained, mix and serve hot.
