Tagliolini With Surprise
Recipe first for 4 people based on Mascarpone cheese.
Preparation:
Preparation: Mix the mascarpone, the two egg yolks, the Parmesan and a grating of pepper in a bowl. Season the pasta with this mixture, put the slices of raw ham in a baking dish, place the pasta on top and put in the oven over a moderate heat for 2/3 minutes.
