Taleggio Cheese Maccheroni
Recipe first for 4 people based on Taleggio cheese.
Preparation:
Preparation: Boil the pasta and potatoes in boiling salted water, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and place them in a buttered baking dish with the macaroni. Add the lard browned in butter, the taleggio cut into small pieces and put in the oven until the taleggio is melted. Serve hot.
