Tasty aubergines

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Eggplant - cooking method grill.

Preparation:

Preparation: Blend the tuna, capers, cheeses, gherkins, lemon juice, butter and parsley. Cook the washed, sliced, salted and drizzled with oil aubergines on the grill, arrange them on a serving dish, spread them with the mixture, garnish with the basil and serve.
