Tomato Ketchup Sauce Butter

Preparation: Put the butter, slightly softened at room temperature, in a bowl and work it with a wooden spoon until it becomes creamy. Add the mustard, ketchup and a generous pinch of pepper. Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Transfer it to a sheet of greaseproof paper and form a cylindrical wrap. Keep it in the refrigerator until serving. You can serve the 'butter with tomato ketchup sauce' spread on crackers or canapés or in boats or tartlets.
