Tonnarelli With Rocket
Recipe first for 4 people based on Arugula salad - cooking method to boil.
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash the rocket, boil it for 2 minutes, drain it, let it cool and season it with oil, chilli pepper and salt. Cook the tonnarelli al dente in plenty of salted water, season with rocket, sprinkle with pecorino and serve hot.
