Truffle appetizer
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Alba White Truffle.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cut the truffle into strips with the appropriate tool. Peel the celeriac, wash it and immerse it in water acidulated with lemon juice. Drain it, dry it, slice it very thinly and add it to the truffle. Season the salad with mayonnaise, stirring gently.
