Tuna And Spinach Toast

Preparation:

Preparation: Drain the tuna, blend it with the capers until you get a smooth cream and put it in the fridge. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into slices. Clean the spinach, wash it carefully and then drain it. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Toast the bread keeping it soft inside. Distribute the cream of tuna over six slices, reserving two tablespoons. Add the spinach, the mayonnaise mixed with the yoghurt, the eggs, a few chopped basil leaves and the tomato slices. Spread the other slices of bread with the reserved tuna cream, overlap and serve.
