Tuna Butterflies
Recipe first for 6 people based on Tuna.
Preparation:
Preparation: While the pasta is cooking, blend the tuna with the oil, the juice of half a lemon, the walnuts, until you get a cream. Then pour everything into a bowl, add the cheese and mix well, salt and pepper. When the pasta is cooked, drain it leaving 1 cup of water which you will mix with the cream.

Ingredients: 700 G Farfalle Pasta - 1/2 Glass Olive Oil - 100 G Tuna in Oil - 7 Walnuts Kernels - 1 Lemon - 1 Jar Mascarpone - Salt - Pepper
