Tuna Foam

Preparation: Drain the tuna and blend it for 2 minutes, cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the tuna continuing to blend until the mixture has the consistency of a foam. Gradually add the beaten egg, mixing with a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Cover the mold with a cloth dipped in hot water, invert onto a plate and serve.
