Tuna Pate

Recipe appetizers for 2 people based on Tuna.

Preparation:

Preparation: Boil the potatoes in cold, salted water. Meanwhile, prepare the mayonnaise. When the potatoes are boiled, pass them through the vegetable mill. Pass some potatoes with some tuna. At the end, add the butter, nutmeg, parsley and capers to the mixture. Mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture. At this point give the dough the shape of a fish or simply rectangular. Put on a plate and cover with mayonnaise (preferably liquid). Decorate as you like.
