Tuna With Fennel
Recipe second for 4 people based on Tuna - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Grind the fennel seeds into powder, then add salt and pepper. Sprinkle the tuna slices on both sides with the resulting mixture. Heat a pan with the oil and cook them when the oil is very hot, turning them gently to avoid breaking them.
