Vermicelli Carbonara

Recipe first for 4 people based on Bacon.

Preparation:

Preparation: Beat the eggs in a bowl and add 1 pinch of black pepper and Parmesan. Brown the smoked bacon previously cut into squares with the extra-virgin olive oil and butter. Cook and drain the vermicelli, pour them into the bowl with the eggs and mix quickly. Pour over the bacon with its cooking fat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
