Vermicelli Soup
Recipe first for 4 people based on Broth.
Preparation:
Preparation: Bring 4 cups of broth to the boil and pour in 200 g of chopped vermicelli and a bunch of marjoram. Add small meatballs the size of hazelnuts prepared with 200 g of mixed meat minced together and mixed with 1 egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finish cooking the pasta, remove the marjoram and serve.
