White Celery With Gorgonzola
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Celery White.
Preparation:
Preparation: Mix the mascarpone with the gorgonzola to obtain a creamy paste. Clean the celery and cut small boats from the stalks. Spread the cavity with the cream obtained and keep in the fridge for up to 15 minutes before serving. Decorate with walnut kernels.
