Recipe first for 4 people based on Celery White.

Preparation:

Preparation: Clean and cut the onions, leeks, potatoes and celery heart into small pieces; season the garlic cloves in a little oil and butter, then pour in 50 cl of water and cook for 30 minutes. Blend everything, put the puree back in the saucepan, add a few ladles of broth and cream and decorate with celery leaves.
