Wreath Of Straw And Hay With Heart Of Asparagus And Cooked Ham

Recipe first for 4 people based on Asparagus - cooking method pan.

Preparation:

Preparation: Steam the asparagus for 10 minutes. Boil the pasta al dente and place it in a pan leaving a hole in the center to make it crunchy. Toss the asparagus and diced ham into the pan, pepper and sprinkle with the Marsala. Serve placing the vegetables in the center and grating the pecorino.
