Preparation: Put the courgettes, the chopped potatoes and the water into the mixing bowl: 15 seconds at speed 6. Cook for 15 minutes at 90-100 degrees at speed 1. Add the Parmesan and egg yolk: 2 minutes at 80 degrees at speed 2. Pour in the gruel and add 1 teaspoon of oil.
