Bacon And Sausage Skewers

Preparation:

Preparation: Cut the bacon into slices, then into strips and roll each part well. Thread the sausages, bacon and mushrooms on 4 skewers alternately. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Cook under the grill at medium temperature for about 10 minutes, turning often and sprinkling with more oil, if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with curly parsley.
