Bacon Liver
Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.
Preparation:
Preparation: Put the bacon on the fire and let the fat become transparent, then remove it from the pan. Add the butter to the cooking fat, let it melt and cook the lightly floured liver. Add salt, put two slices of bacon on each slice of liver and serve.
