Bacon Rolls

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Bacon with tomato - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Brown the garlic in the olive oil in a pan, add the tomato, broth, salt and pepper and cook for 6', then remove the garlic. Place a piece of sausage in the center of each head of salad and wrap them in slices of bacon. Arrange them in the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and cook in a hot oven for 25 minutes. Finally go under the grill.
