Preparation: Quickly sear the rabbit meat cubes in a non-stick pan greased with oil, skewer them with 1 sprig of rosemary and brush them with honey heated and reduced in a pan with soy sauce. Finish cooking them in the oven for 5 minutes. Serve with the green sauce prepared by blending the parsley with the garlic, the anchovies and some oil.
