Burger With Wine
Recipe second for 4 people based on Hamburger - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the oil and butter in a pan, place the defrosted and floured hamburgers in it, cook for 5 minutes on each side, add salt, pour in the wine, pepper and reduce the sauce. Remove the meat from the pan, deglaze the cooking juices with a little warm water, spread this sauce over the burgers and serve.
