Carneval lasagna

Recipe first for 4 people based on Sausage with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Soften the lasagne, put a layer of it in a buttered pan, add the sausage fried in oil, peeled and cut into small pieces, the diced mozzarella and the ricotta, pour the beaten egg with the Parmesan, pepper, add a few slices of hard-boiled egg, sprinkle with the prepared sauce and knobs of butter, make a second layer and bake for 40 minutes.
