Carpaccio With Rocket
Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef.
Preparation:
Preparation: Break up the rocket leaves, wash and dry them. Cut the Parmesan cheese into very thin flakes. Arrange the slices of meat on a serving plate, season them with the lemon juice, oil and salt, distribute the rocket and Parmesan cheese over them and serve.
