Carpaccio

Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef.

Preparation:

Preparation: Blend the mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard and tabasco for 30 seconds. Arrange the fillet of beef on a serving plate, season with salt, cover with the mixture and serve.

Ingredients: 400 g Fillet of Beef in Thin Slices - 1/2 Glass Liquid Cream - 3 Tablespoons Ketchup - 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise - 2 Drops Tabasco - 1 Teaspoon Mustard - 1/2 Lemon (juice) - Salt
