Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Sweet Pecorino - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: The doses are for 10 donuts. Grate half of the pecorino and cut the other half into small pieces. Work the bread dough with the cheese and the oil, make a loaf and let it rise again. Make many donuts from the dough, arrange them quite far apart on a greased baking sheet and cook them in a hot oven (200 degrees) for about twenty minutes. Leave to cool before serving.
