Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef.
Preparation: It is a Brazilian recipe. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the diced meat in it. Remove it and keep it aside in the heat. In the cooking pot, add the onions cut into thin slices, the whole garlic, the pepper flakes and season over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with a little flour and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes, stirring. Gradually pour in the wine and coffee, bring to the boil while continuing to stir. At this point put the meat back in the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cover, cook for a good hour or until the tines of a fork easily penetrate the meat. Serve the stew piping hot. Accompanying wines: Collio Cabernet DOC, Sagrantino Di Montefalco DOCG, Salice Salentino "Riserva" DOC.
