Cognac Tartare

Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the meat, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the meat and stir again to mix well. Arrange on a plate giving the mixture the shape of a steak.
