Recipe first for 4 people based on Curry.
Preparation: After washing and peeling them, boil the cauliflower tops and carrots separately. Drain and cut the carrots into slices. Clean and peel an onion, cut it into wedges and sauté it in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil. Add the boiled vegetables, the beans drained from the vegetable water, the raisins, the cinnamon, salt and pepper and add a ladleful of broth. Cook over high heat for a few minutes, remove the cinnamon and turn off the heat. Chop the other peeled onion and sauté it in a saucepan with the butter. Add the rice and curry, mix, add a couple of ladles of broth and bring to the boil, gradually adding the hot broth. Grease a ring mold with a little oil, fill it with the rice, press it well and turn it out onto a serving plate. Fill the hole in the ring with the prepared vegetables.
