Delicate roast
Recipe second for 4 people based on Kid - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Sprinkle the meat with a generous dose of salt, and put it in the oven; when it is well browned, take it out and sprinkle it with two teaspoons of liquid honey. Place back in the hot oven (but turned off) for another 5 minutes, then serve.
