Fennel livers

Preparation:

Preparation: Cut the net into small pieces after having washed it in warm water. Also cut the liver into rather small pieces. Mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, seed and fennel flower. Spread the net, sprinkle it with the mixture, add a piece of bacon and a piece of pork liver, wrap with the net and secure everything with a sprig of fennel. Cook in a pan with the lard.
