Flavorful Straccetti
Recipe second for 6 people based on Beef with tomato - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash and clean the vegetables. Dice the tomatoes and arrange the rocket on a serving plate. Separately, heat a frying pan and sauté the meat without fat for a few minutes. Place it hot on the rocket and put the diced tomatoes in the centre. Season with salt and pour over the oil without stirring. Serve immediately.
