Preparation: Beat the slice of meat well. Beat the egg in a bowl, add a spoonful of flour diluted in the milk, a pinch of salt and make an omelette. Sprinkle the meat with chopped parsley, place the omelette on top, distribute the cooked ham into strips, sprinkle with the chopped mortadella and Parmesan. Roll up, tie tightly with kitchen string. In a saucepan, heat the butter and the lard, let the finely chopped onion drain, then place the roll of meat on it, turning it continuously for five minutes so that it takes on a nice color on all sides.
