Recipe second for 4 people based on Pig - cooking method pan.
Preparation: Carefully peel the pineapple, cut it into slices and remove the hardest central part. Divide the pulp into wedges. Clean the spring onions by removing the rootlets and the green part. Cut them lengthwise into six parts. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Beat the slices of meat to make them thinner and more tender. Then arrange them in the pan and let them cook over medium heat for 6, 7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Drain the meat and keep it aside, warm. Throw the pineapple and almonds into the pan, then let them brown well over high heat. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce or, if you prefer a milder taste, soy sauce, then sprinkle with some ground chilli. Put the meat back in the pan and let it flavor for a minute with the heat off, being careful to keep the lid tightly closed. Serve hot, accompanying with saffron rice pilaf.
