Hot Carpaccio With Rocket

Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash, dry and chop the rocket. Grease the dishes (which can go in the oven) and arrange the meat, possibly in a single layer, overlapping the slices as little as possible. Emulsify the oil with the salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the meat and place in the oven for a few minutes. Before serving, garnish with rocket and flakes of Grana Lodigiano (Raspadura), arranging them in the center of the plates. Note: warn diners about the temperature of the dish!
