Lamb bites in broth with chopped amaretto and spinach
Recipe second for 4 people based on Lamb - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the lamb in a pan with oil over high heat; add the egg yolk with the heat off and serve with crumbled amaretti biscuits sprinkled on the surface and with the spinach seared in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
