Lamb chops on courgette pie and potato roesti

Preparation: For the potato roesti: cut the potato into julienne strips and add salt. Then brown it in a pan with a little oil and meanwhile prepare the zucchini slices and sauté them with garlic and oregano. Finally arrange them on the roesti. Salt and pepper the meat, flavor it with rosemary and brown it. Serve placing the meat on the roesti and zucchini pie.
