Mozzarella Burger
Recipe second for 4 people based on Hamburger - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Heat a pan with the butter and oil, add the hamburgers and brown them on both sides. Sprinkle with the wine, flavor with the stock cube, place a slice of mozzarella on each burger, cover, cook for about 5 minutes and serve hot.
