Pizza With Ricotta
Recipe first for 4 people based on Ricotta - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Mix 200 g of ricotta and a pinch of salt with the usual leavened dough. Roll out the dough thus obtained in the shape of a round pizza and bake it directly on the oven surface already heated to the maximum temperature. This pizza is served piping hot.
