Pork chops
Recipe second for 4 people based on Pig with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Sprinkle the chops with flakes of pecorino and garlic. Wrap them in rolls, secure them by tying them with a thin kitchen string. Cook them in lard, salt and pepper halfway through cooking. Towards the end, cover the rolls with the sauce, lower the heat and continue cooking until the sauce has reduced slightly.
