Pork loin with apples
Recipe second for 4 people based on Pig.
Preparation:
Preparation: Arrange the now ready meat and fillet it with garlic, rosemary and bay leaf on a bed of onion slices and apples. While cooking, sprinkle with cider and a few splashes of white wine.
